At Forest Hall Day Nursery, we can care from children as young as 3 months all the way up to school age, we also offer a convenient holiday club for a variety of ages. We welcome children from all across Newcastle Upon Tyne and the surrounding areas.
We are more than just a day nursery, we provide an all-round service starting from a breakfast club and ending with our after-school club. We are open from 7:30 am until 6 pm from Monday to Friday. At Forest Hall Day Nursery in Newcastle, we understand that most parents have to work full-time jobs and we will do all we can to support you and your children. This is why we also offer a holiday club that runs from 7:30 am to 6 pm during the school holidays. We can accommodate 33 children and even have a drop-off and pick up service for your convenience.
At our nursery in Newcastle, we offer a wide range of different activities for your child whilst they are in our care. We tailor our services to cater for different ages and abilities, we will encourage your child to participate in these activities and help them to enjoy them if they aren’t in their comfort zone. All of our rooms are designed and organised to encourage children to reach out for their own choice of equipment to use and play with, developing their own independence. We also have a lovely secure outside area full of play equipment and activities. We know that children like to play outside and we encourage their exploration and curiosity, we try to use the outdoor space daily and will always advise you to dress your child for the weather outside so that they can join in the fun with their suncream on in the summer or wellies in the winter.
We believe that the welfare, protection and safety of every single child in our setting is paramount. Every entrance to our building and the rooms within have security systems and your children can only be collected from our nursery in Newcastle by an authorised adult. Of course, special arrangements can be put in place for others to collect but this is only with prior discussion and agreement with the manager.
